To ci ludzie, kt\u00f3rzy opiekuj\u0105 si\u0119 jachtem. Nie ma takiej zasady, \u017ce ta za\u0142oga jest sta\u0142a. W ka\u017cdym rejsie mo\u017ce by\u0107 inna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Za\u0142oga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Pozosta\u0142a cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 za\u0142ogi to w wi\u0119kszo\u015bci osoby, kt\u00f3re maj\u0105 ju\u017c do\u015bwiadczenie w \u017ceglarstwie i p\u0142ac\u0105 za udzia\u0142 w rejsie. Na \u201eSelmie\u201d, w przeciwie\u0144stwie do wielu innych jacht\u00f3w, wszyscy uczestnicy bior\u0105 udzia\u0142 w pracy zespo\u0142owej. Kapitan i jego zast\u0119pca s\u0105 najbardziej do\u015bwiadczeni. Kto\u015b z nich zawsze czuwa i kontroluje sytuacj\u0119. Oni steruj\u0105 w najtrudniejszych sytuacjach. Reszta za\u0142ogi pracuje na zmian\u0119. Podczas mojego rejsu na Antarktyd\u0119 by\u0142o jeszcze osiem takich os\u00f3b. Dwie na zmian\u0119 mia\u0142y codziennie wacht\u0119 na kambuzie: jedzenie i sprz\u0105tanie. Pozosta\u0142ych sze\u015bciu sta\u0142o za sterem. Zawsze mia\u0142o si\u0119 partnera. W rezultacie na osob\u0119 przypada\u0142o osiem godzin wachty na dob\u0119, z czego cztery wy\u0142\u0105cznie przy sterze. Pora dnia i pogoda nie mia\u0142y znaczenia. Ja osobi\u015bcie mia\u0142em wacht\u0119 podczas sztormu 6-7 w skali Beauforta. W czasie gorszej pogody, oczywi\u015bcie, przy sterze stali tylko bardzo do\u015bwiadczeni \u017ceglarze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
